Some of the finest stately homes in the country, such as Dyrham Park, Stourhead and Longleat, as well as historic sites such as Stonehenge and Glastonbury, are all within easy reach of The Park Resort. For a more relaxing day you can sample the resort’s 2 golf courses.
Set amid over 240 acres of historic parkland, which includes trees that are over 400 years old, the resort is wholly devoted to pleasure with a style designed to create a feeling of relaxation and ease.
The Park is the perfect setting for two outstanding golf courses. Both courses, The Crown and The Cromwell, have their own distinctive character and are recognised as two of the finest in the South West. Nestling in the heart of some of the most mature and unspoiled natural parkland, the magnificent Crown Course is an easy walking course whilst presenting a challenge to all levels of player. This 6252 yard par 69 course is rich in features with woodlands, lakes, inviting greens and well placed bunkers that require a 100% strategy. The Cromwell Course is the perfect combination of old and new bringing together the best of both worlds. This course boasts a wonderful setting with mature trees, streams, lakes and modern USGA specification greens. Gentle undulation fairways provide this 6246 yard par 71 course with excitement, reward and magnificent views stretching out across the Cotswolds.
The manor can accommodate a wide range of gatherings, from training master classes, strategy meetings, regional conferences and annual board meetings. Filled with natural light, the rooms also boast free Wi-Fi access.

Mark Treasure, The Park's award-winning Executive Chef, has imported a Wood Stone oven to roast fabulous fish, meat and game in his open-plan kitchen. Mark's trademark home-baked breads, signature crudites and traditional desserts make an exceptional diversion from the typical 'fine dining' hotel experience. The dining room is in fact an old stone lodge, once used for Masonic ceremonies, which has fascinating stone carvings that remain a feature to this day.
Private dining for up to 130 is available on request.
